Can I remove the excess?

Can I remove the excess?

An excess is the first amount you are required to pay in the event of a loss. Having an excess allows us to keep our premiums as low as possible by preventing minor claims and deterring fraudulent claims to take place.

Turn to page 4 of our Product Disclosure Statement to see which sections of cover attract an excess.

If an additional premium has been paid to remove the excess, the first part of each and every claim as shown in the Schedule of Cover will be removed.
